We’re proud to share another major milestone with the completion of 46 new homes as part of the Sherwin Rise Retirement Village by Keyton in Wollert.

We welcome new residents into Stage 3 as they settle in and connect with the existing community, bringing fresh energy and warmth to the village.

As construction progresses into Stage 4, our partnership with Keyton continues as we deliver the final 49 homes to complete this vibrant 95-home community.

While much of our work happens behind the scenes, milestones like this remind us why we build – to create homes and communities that offer comfort, connection, and a true sense of belonging.
