Construction is well underway at Leneva Valley, marking an exciting milestone for Maple Living’s first development in regional Victoria.

Following the strong demand for the project, which saw all 22 architecturally designed townhomes sell out across two stages last year, construction officially commenced on site last month.

Located within the growing Leneva Valley community in the City of Wodonga, the development will deliver a collection of thoughtfully designed two, three and four-bedroom townhomes, offering low-maintenance living in a well-connected and highly sought-after neighbourhood.

Our construction team has been making strong progress on earthworks across the complex site, with foundation preparations well underway ahead of the first slabs being poured in the coming weeks.
